Cybercrime MARTIAL LAW i mean Oh my f-cking gulay?
okay,.i have this mix emotions and views concerning about this,...let me tell you the other half before i sway my head on the left wing,...this law can be quite for us all, concerning the fact that anyone would be liable into a point of crime even to the confines of the internet the home address, the city or even the personal preferences of the criminal in question might put into a subject on hold because of the obvious case invasion of privacy,..some cybercrimes are very much punishable into a sense of justifying the ends-- like suspension of an account, or termination whatsoever, but bringing into mind the concept of conducting other punishments such as 12 years in prison or execrating personal information by the PNP towards the cyber public is quite too much!, on the contrary however i also saw this as an oppurtunity to straighten these crooked cyber bullies into forward civility,..rhian ramos is right,.let me paraphrase this..in life there are certain rules and laws to abide by, but when online is something different.' pinoys are great in terms of pang-aasar and pang-lalait (pi-$$ing someone off) and only then there inflated egos and fiestiness would come out into wuthering heights probably because they are in the comforts of there own homes and that they aren't in danger of having someone punch there face after typing that GAGO comment on facebook,...

the internet have provided us the freedom,..but sometimes pinoys are actually that airheaded into a sense that they rape there own freedom that have bestowed upon them,...

but im not a hypocrite,..let me be frank on this one,..i too am a cyberbully! a troll that rebels for something different,...not only sometimes for attention which i have such mood into but also at some point providing a different point of view.....pilipinas lack something on what you call democratic oppurtunity,...you can't exercise your own freedomw here,..if you are deviant or a weirdo, pinoys with little understanding and crab mentality would pull you down, without even a sense of oppurtunity of suing them for a lawsuit (quebarbaridad),...so sometimes i tend to vent my frustrations in here,..although i admit that i go over the top sometimes,...this LAW should have lighter punishments, in terms of attaining that rational justice.(bwusit kase yang si tito sotto eh,)

what are your points on this?,..and oh no plagiarism....<*wink * wink*>

ok let me tell you why cybercrime law in philippines cant be a good thing, its because the law enforcement themselves will have access to personal information, our personal information. information that might and will become a target for just and unjust causes. our personal identity and security would be put at risk. we have Pnoy to thank for this

You don't even know what a troll is, a troll is someone who usually flames threads without staying on topic. You admitted to yourself that you are a cyberbully which pretty much is the reason why the senate are pushing through this law.
