My video won't upload on facebook because of privacy settings?

Every time I upload a video, it says it's uploaded and then when I click on the notification it goes to a page that says that I can't view my video or anyone else can't because of privacy settings, But I can't figure out how to fix them, when I go to my privacy settings there's nothing about videos? Help!
