How to send a message to everyone on your Facebook friends list?

I want to send a promo message to everyone on my friends list on facebook, is there a way I can do this?

you can create groups of friends and send messages to that list, but the list can only go up to so many (maybe 20 or 30) for you to still be capable of still messaging it.

I'm sorry but you can't. That's one of the features facebook lacks

create a friends list (not in the message dialog)

then hit "message this list" at the bottom
