I like this guy, but how do I contact him? please help!?

So, our school did this course/conference with a nearby boys school, and one of the guys in my group was so sweet and kind. He was really creative with our project and I just found him really inventive and inspiring. He got my name wrong at first, then he laughed, and i sometimes caught him looking at me and he usually sat next to me and asked me for help with things... maybe i'm exaggerating a little, but i'm not sure if he likes me back. At the end of the conference he was waiting in the room standing by himself, idk why, i'm not sure if he wanted to talk to me or something but my friends were calling me and I had to leave. ANYWAY so this was over two months ago and I still can't stop thinking about him, I really really REALLY like him. Problem is, he's not on facebook or twitter or anything. I tried to find him on a blog website or something since he's quite artistic, but i can't. Today I found him on skype though, should I add him or not?! I'm really shy and i think he is too. I don't wanna be creepy or anything, but I do really want to talk to him and get to know him better. I don't know if he would want a relationship or anything like that because he seems very focused on his school stuff and etc... I can't decide what to do and i'm just sooo confused because I would love to meet him again but idk if i will 'coincidentally' because i live in the opposite direction from him... do you think he likes me too? is it worth risking it? and if i talk to him, what should i say? PLEASE HELP!!
