Can't see status update from certain friends on facebook Timeline.?

I don't get status updates from certain friends on facebook timeline, for example my boyfriend will post something or upload a pic and I wont be able to see it, I have to go into his timeline to see his uploads. This just started happening recently, he has not blocked me. Were both trying to figure out why I cant see his post. Please Help!

Maybe you accidentally unsubscribed to ur bf. What you can try is go to his profile. Then under his cover photo (if he's using timeline) point your cursor to where it says "Friends". Make sure the "Show in News Feed" is checked, if its not then check it. If it is checked, there should be "Settings..." under the show in news feed, you can customize it to what kind of updates will appear to your newsfeed.
