There is NO toolbar that is useful. Toolbars, Google ANYTHINGS,and Facebook Apps are created for ONE purpose, TO STEAL based soley on their greed. WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP DOWNLOADING THEM ? America is so full of the gullible and the blind with a credit card. What else could explain it? Just say no!
