Facebook - Did something change?

I don't use Faceboook much so I noticed there is this timeline.. okay, it's fine.
The problem is the homepage. I have 100 friends but it's only showing a couple people at my homepage. My sisters, my cousins, and like 4 friends. Did something change?
Oh then... RIP Facebook.
