Why is a person who deleted me from their facebook friends still showing up in my newsfeed?

I was friends with a person on facebook. they deleted me. Why is all there stuff still showing up in my newsfeed? I can see when he updates his status, gets in a relationship and who hes becoming friends with. why?
it says at the top "add as friend" so i'm not there friend. lol. & also i can't see his wall, or some of his photo albums. his stuff just shows up still? its really annoying.

because your his friend still, i think he also has to block you or change his share settings to "share with friends only" so if you wana know what they are doing...shhhh =D
