How can I ban people from inviting me to groups on facebook?

The best thing to do would be to tell your friends to knock it off.

If you want, you can ignore your friends invites to the group by ignoring all invites by them.

Groups are an integral part of facebook, and currently they have no way to "block" a group. If you feel the group is spamming or hurtful, you can report the group by going to its page and at the bottom left there is a "Report Group" link.
