Is it possible to fix my Facebook profile to be this way?
I don't want anyone except for my friends on Facebook to see anything on my profile except for my name and picture. Is that possible, and how do I do it?

I think they'll still be able to see your gender, but go to the down button next to Home, then go to the subsection that says privacy settings, and click, customize it!
