Is she sending me signals?

So there's this girl from my church choir who I'm having trouble reading.

She always smiles at me and laughs at any stupid thing I say. She used to stare at me a lot, but doesn't do it as much now that I've gotten to know her better. We talk every once in a while on Facebook, and they're usually pretty lengthy and fun conversations. (She told me once that she thinks our conversations are awesome.) But she really never asks me anything personal.

She only invites me to group activities, but every time that happens I'm like the only guy that shows up and I end up hanging out with her and a friend of hers. I don't know if its just coincidence or something she planned. (she says everybody else cancelled, and i do believe her.)

I've been taking it as a friends only kind of thing, because she'll stop talking to me for like a week or 2 and then suddenly be interested in hanging out and talking again, but these hang outs are only group hang outs.

She also seems physically reserved sometimes, as in she doesn't always greet me with a hug, but i don't know if it's because she doesn't like me in that way, or if it's because she's kind of shy.

What really confused me though was that a couple of days ago I was talking to her on Facebook, and we got into the subject of relationships. She started telling me that she has a thing for chubby guys, and that she would take personality over good looks any day, and how she's not into pretty boys. Then she started telling me about all these good looking dudes that she's turned down because she didn't like their personalities.

I myself am a chubby guy, I'm not the greatest looking, and I have a decent personality. I don't know if she's trying to tell me something here, or if I'm just imagining this.

What do you guys think???

she is absolutely sending you signals! she is probably interested in you, and the whole chubby guy comment was practically a green light for you to make a move as far as asking her out. shes probably just shy, and thats her way of saying that shes interested. the best thing you can do is ask. and if she doesnt like you, just brush it off like its no big deal and stay friends with her. girls wont get weird if you dont. hope this helped. think you can answer mine? i could use a guys advice! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...440AAApZeH

Anyway, I think she must like you! I don't think she would tell you about liking 'chubby' guys incase she gave you the wrong idea, so from that I gather she could be pretty into you!

Signals!? Are you kidding me? she is pretty much holding a flashing sign above her head saying 'I want you!'
I honestly think this girl is SO into you, and I'd invite her somewhere! I mean, why not? The worst that can happen is she says that she just wants to be friends, but at least then you know where you stand with her. Besides, I really doubt she doesn't like you from what you've said! The thing about all the guys she's turned down - such a give away. Talk about playing the jealousy card??!!

She seems to be sending you signals...but the only way to find out for sure if she's interested is to ask her! Or maybe ask some of her girl friends if you know them well enough, don't let on that you might want more, but just out of interest...etc good luck
