cant get facebook to work on apps?

i got a request to download the new facebook for my blackberry, i did and now when i go in to my apps nothing is happening just a facebook symbol, it is an orange contract, would i be better to get in touch with orange, or try and phone Blackberry, which wont be easy it's a blackberry 8900 curve

Apps are best on iPhones and iPod touches ,you should get in touch with orange if not just use a computer

Have you visited the blackberry webste? I've got the blackberry curve and it took me over a week to work it out, I can't fully remember how to do it but on facebook you change your mobile to blackberry on the settings and then just go onto the blackberry website as I'm sure it has something abot facebook on there.
