how can i deleate all my joined groups on facebook?

i know how to doo it one by one, but that will takee ages!
is there a way i can deleate all at the same time?
please help. thanks x

There is no way to delete all your joined group at the same time.
To leave a group, click "Leave Group" located on the lower left hand side of the screen. Clicking this link removes you from the group's member list and also removes the group from your list of groups.
