How can i add animated/gif images, animated text or glitter on my facebook profile? How can i make my facebook profile most attractive?

Sounds like MySpace would be more your thing, that sort of stuff doesn't really exist on Facebook.

An awful lot of people are on Facebook to get away from that stuff on MySpace so they are in no rush to add it.

You can add them by adding the scrap box application, although they don't automatically glitter or move on your page, you have to click a little play button to see them do that:
