How do you become an admin of a facebook group?

I would like to become an admin of a facebook group that I didn't start. Some kid made a group ridiculing two girls at my school that had committed suicide. I want to become an admin so i can delete the page. It has been reported many times but, it is clear that facebook isn't going to do anything about it.

you either have to start the group or be made an admin by the creator or maybe another admin
