How can I get a lot of people to follow me on twitter?
I'm looking for a quick way to get many people onto my twitter to follow me but my life Isn't that interesting to stand out. I was an Asperger (Autism Spectrum disorder) child and still suffer from it in the form of not fitting into society and I don't receive enough disability to pay all my bills without having to dip into my savings. So if I'm tweeting something interesting like taking a trip to Australia or going on a hot date, I'm only tweeting stuff that I fantasize that I did to gain followers. So the 'posting interesting stuff may not fly for me unless people want to see my laundry list.

I don't believe in buying followers from those sites since half of those names are probably fake. I know that kijiji doesn't allow personal ads anymore which would be where the ad would fall under. Isn't there another popular social site besides Facebook that would allow me to text other people directly without having to wait for them to follow me? Or is Twitter going to some day add this feature. I signed up my twitter account 2 years ago and got discouraged of it's 'one way street' approach to not sending tweets to following's timeline. I went back to it yesterday and updated it to the new twitter and it's still the same. I thought for sure that they would have changed in order to stay in competition with other networks that may allow 2-way postings and networks that are yet to be born.
