I need to recover a wall post from a facebook profile?

My ex posted a slanderous post on facebook. In this post, she admits that my children could be in danger from people she has been with since our split. Before I could get a screenshot of the post, she deleted it. I need this post to get my children out of this situation before 1 of my kids get hurt. She deserves whatever comes to her but my children do not. Does anyone know of a way I can get this post.

your only viable option is to contact the police and see if they can help you get a court order to send to facebook and have the post retrieved that way
