It is not an invasion of privacy.

Everything on your Facebook profile is something you chose to put there. Everything you clicked on, every page you liked, every comment you posted, every message you sent, every photo you uploaded — you did all of that willingly, by your own choice.

They are not invading anyones privacy, it says it in the small print that THEY OWN everything you upload to that site.
