New Facebook privacy settings question?

With the old privacy settings,I could hide my profile picture from anybody who wasn't on my friends' list.Is that still possible with the new facebook,and how do I go about setting it to private if it is?

hide profile content from a specific group of people just simply Go to the Profile Information section of the Privacy Settings page. ... Publicly available information includes your name, profile picture,etc.

From there you can hide your profile picture.
