Blocking People on Facebook?

can you block a person your friends with? I ask because I'm wondering if my boyfriends sister blocked me. Her posts were constantly showing up on my newsfeed. One day I looked at her profile and I saw that I couldn't see anything, just her changes of profile pictures and when friends posted on her wall. Can she block me from seeing her statuses?

If someone blocks you, nothing will show up. You won't see their profile, photos, statuses, likes, comments etc. So she didn't block you, however, when you post a status, you can set the status so that some people can't see it. She has probably done that.
