Why can't I upload photos from my phone to Facebook?
I have an iPhone and when I try to upload a photo it says it can't upload because it doesn't have access to my phone and to enable access in privacy settings. How do I do that? I can't figure it out.

go to settings>configuration>default in all apps then you can upload photos easily

or

download facebook mobile application from http://www.getjar.com

Keep the privacy settings off and after that you can simply upload the photos from your iphone gallery to facebook photo album.
