How I can change the privacy settings in facebook for one person only?

Someone did that with my profile (I mean I can't comment or even like any posts on his wall). How I can do this?I know that you can do that through your privacy settings. I want to know how you can do that? I went through the settings without any results. The only way that I didn't try yet is to put that friend in a new list and then make the settings that you want on this list which he is it's only member.

go to account
then privacy settings
then click on customize settings
and choose what you want to change (what people can/'t comment on)
then click customize and choose friends you don't want to see your stuff
