How do remove these ads from Facebook(PageRage)?

I downloaded this theme app for Facebook but I can't remove it how do I remove it and get rid of ads that comes with it(Ads in between people's status)

Go in to the Start Menu of your computer... Go into Control Panel and then Uninstall/change... Remove the file Yontoo (not sure what the full file is called, but it is under the name Yontoo)

And voila, it's all fixed =)
