How do i not spam my friends facebook news feed?

both of my sisters and a few others have been complaining to me that they can see everything i comment on or like on facebook, i dont want them to be seeing that and have it spam up their news feed. how do i make it that it doesnt show up on my friends news feed whenever i comment on a picture or like a status from a fanpage? please help im tired of all the complaining from everyone

I had the same trouble with my Facebook account. Someone told me to try and change my privacy setting from "Public" to "Friends". If that doesn't work, you can choose to hide your comments from your complaining friends by going to the Privacy Settings and choosing Customize ~ I finally gave up on facebook, that's all anyone does on there, is complain.

what you do is just add them to your restricted list - then they wont be able to see any of that stuff anymore
