How do i delete apps on facebook?

I got this new app on facebook and it is really dumb but i don't know how to delete it
please help

1. On the top right corner, click on "Account."
2. Click on "Privacy Settings."
3. On the top left corner, click on "Applications and Websites."
4. The very first thing the page should say is "Applications you use". Edit setting is just to the right.
5. Now you can delete any app or block permissions.
