Is there a way to accept a friend request but let them see a limited profile on facebook?

I would like to accept a friend request on facebook but do not want them to see the whole profile, is there a way to stop them seeing it all?

Yes go to privacy settings and add their name to 'custom' and decide what they see or don't see. You can stop them writing on your wall etc

No. If you accept the request, they will have same access to your profile that any other Friend does. You can change your settings so that your Friends can only see the limited profile, but this affect ALL of your friends.
