Do any of the programs like this actually work? Is there any way to tell who is looking at your Facebook profile, and when they are looking at it?

NO, if they did that it would be a breach of our privacy.. could you imagine that seeing your stalkers? That just sounds all wrong don't you think? Don't ever fall for those links, they just end up spamming everyones pages with junk & giving you spyware if you're not careful..
Only one app I can think of on facebook is 'my top followers'  & thats basically who you interact with most is rated #1

no they do not all work. anytime you click them a "servay" coms up asking on thinks, anytime you see something like that. ask the person if they posted it. usally it post automaticly
