How do I make people that I don't know stop following me on Twitter?
I just made a twitter (I deleted my first one but I know how the website works), and I already have six people following me that I don't know. How to I make these people stop following me? When I block them, it still tells me that I have six followers. Please help!

People "following" you is the whole idea of Twitter. If you don't enjoy it, perhaps you should forget about Twitter.

Change your setting to "Protect my updates" This means: Only let people whom you approve follow your updates. If this is checked, you WILL NOT be on the public timeline. Updates posted previously may still be publicly visible in some places.
