Why does the new Facebook timeline not work for me?

I went on the "learn more" timeline about thing, where there's meant to be a green link saying "sign-up" but no box came up. I've been refreshing the page lots of times and still it isn't appearing, but everything else is. Thanks for any help

if not, try setting your current location to somewhere in Australia

(you can change it back later)
