My teacher sent me a friend request on Facebook?
Today my teacher sent me a friend request on Facebook... I haven't accepted it or declined it yet. She has three mutual friends and it's friends from class, and she has four friends in total, one student not being my friend on Facebook. Wouldn't she have some of her family members or her other friends on Facebook? o_o but then apparently she made the account 3 hours ago. Am I the only one that thinks this is a fake account?

Might be fake. Maybe a student making the account to scare people.

If you really like the teacher, you could just simply ask him or her if they added you on facebook. If not, then you know its fake. Teachers by law can't add their students until they graduate i think...

It is either that or a breach of ethics. Just because you think it is a fake account doesn't mean you can't use it to your advantage. Post fake posts, exclude the "teacher" from all posts except for the ones that you make up.
It is probably the one person who is normally in the clique of friends that the "teacher" has, but isn't listed as a friend.

Yes it may be fake, but it could also be real. Maybe she just made an account for only her students, that way if any of you ever need anything you can contact her via Facebook. Many teachers have their own Facebook accounts and don't mind adding students, I know some teachers like that.
