Can you send a friend request on Facebook to someone who has deactivated their account?
My husband thought he had deactivated his Facebook account but when he reactivated it yesterday there were notifications and friend request notifications showing so does that mean you can still send requests to people who have deactivated their accounts?

no, because deactivate account is always invisible to people so there is no way

No you Can Not Deactivated Accounts Will Not Show up on the Site They May Show On Friends List But when you try to Go to it it will tell you that the Account is Not There
