Is it possible to transfer ownership of a Facebook Group? to another Facebook user?

Someone set up a group for a company on Facebook a while back with his own personal account. Now the company would like to run the group themselves now they have their own official Facebook page.

Easily. Just resign as the creator, and someone else can pick it up, if you are not timely about it, the wrong person can end up being the creator.

I've never heard of such before. You may want to do research on Facebook and go to where it has question (section) and ask that.

Absolutely. I tried to delete my group and it automatically asked if I would like to change administrators. Double Check that, but I think my memory is good on that.
