Thanks, now I have your attention,

so i like this girl called emily. she is the best looking girl in my year, in my opinion, but otheres dont seem to think so :L I play rugby, but i have a slight belly, i am starting to go to the gym on the 5x5 stronglifts program. We have spoken quite a few times on facebook, ad i really like her. Im 15, so is she .

(Just turned 15 on tuesday)
im 6ft, quite broad, with a mediumly sized afro. in the first 2 yearas of highschool, i didnt have a great popularity, but its better now.

she goes to my chemistry supported study too. It's a coincidence we go to it though

First off, don't be doing any power lifting, your 15 and this could be dangerous on your body for later life as you are not fully formed yet. best bet is to go jogging, that puppy fat will come away within a couple of months if you watch what you eat.

secondly, Man up. Simply go and sit next to her in class and start talking to her....about anything. Tell her you like her. complement her in some way (always works) You will only live with regret if you don't know how she feels inside. Odds on she has no Idea and she will be flattered. Don't come on too strong, be nice and try to make her laugh. too many people skirt around the issue when it is much simpler to put your cards on the table. I think you will be surprised at the reaction.

EDIT: Haroon your still a boy, lifting like that is really bad for your bones. Your body is not fully formed yet. You may think it is cool but seriously you will mess up your back, hips and ribs for later life. My friend is a champion body builder who told me this and he knows his stuff. So don't try to be clever with me I am only pointing out the dangers of excessive power weight training. however if you want to walk around like your deformed in later years knock yourself out.

Yeah go for it but in a few weeks not JUST now. oh and wait lifting expert man? I am 13 and I've been lifting since 12 I have also done the 5x5 programme so there! Dude, talking to a girl means nothing so just sit next to her chat a bit, maybe hold a door open for her, pick up her bag if its on the floor and hand it to her, little things that will get her thinking well hes a nice guy, and tell her shhe looks nice if she's had a haircut or done her hair in a new way, if she needs help do that, arrange to meet up with mates first and in like a month you'll be set.
