How can I make my entire Facebook private? It still shows groups, apps posted to my page, and fan pages?

I recently discovered that you can view pages and groups that I joined, even if you are not my friend. Is there any way to make that private, so that only my friends can see that, and not all of facebook?
**I did set my privacy settings to "only friends" and this never showed up before, but today the groups, fan pages, and quizzes I've posted to my page are visible, despite everything being set to only friends**

Settings --> Privacy Settings --> Profile --> Change everything to "Only Friends"

SETTINGS > PRIVACY SETTINGS > PROFILE > change every single option to ONLY FRIENDS

when you write on the walls of these groups and fan clubs they will see your picture and your name but when they click on you it will say:

_________________ (your name) only shares certain info with everyone to learn more about ___________________ add them as a friend

if you dont know them then IGNORE them
