Facebook apps profile wall posts?

I tried deleting all the wall posts on my facebook profile wall. I had thousands of posts to go through, and instead of deleting all of them, I just 'hid' them. I hid all application posts on my wall, however, it only hid them from me. When my sister goes on my profile, she can still see them. How do I get rid of these application wall posts forever, or how do I unhide them, so I can delete them? Thanks for any help!
