anyone notice photo album privacy is messed up on facebook?

recently whenever one of my friends is tagged in an album by someone else, i can see the other person's entire album!!! even if i am not friends with them. it's like the privacy feature is broken. has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I've noticed that too. It's been like that for quite awhile.

It's because the person that made the album has their photo settings to "not private". It's not any feature that is broken, it's just an option.

I thought the same thing, but you have the option to let "friends of friends" or "Everyone" to see that specific album. Sometimes you try to click on another of the person's albums and you will get a privacy note that says you are not allowed to see it. So don't worry, it's not broken at all.

I don't know I've found another way to see an entire album even if it has privacy setting and I've notice that since I got it 2 yrs ago.
