When will new facebook privacy settings released?

After reading the news about new privacy settings. I reactivated and logged into my account but I didn't have the new privacy setting.
When will it be releases or is there some problem with my account?

Its nothing new, Its just easier to understand now.
Nothing new or special.
It was resealed today, Although facebook may be doing more in the future.
