How to change your name in Facebook profile?

I want to know how to change your profile name in facebook? Some of my friends have done it. But I am not finding the option to do it.

once you've logged in, click account (in the top right corner), then click account settings, there you will be able to change your name

to change your name on facebook go to account on the right hand side of the page and on the jrop down menu click account settings and then click your current name next to the word name on the account settings
Mote: you can only change your name 5 times
