I don't want to get advertisment for dunkin donuts, etc.

You cant remove ads on facebook. The only thing you can do is block ads so you cant see it. There's an add on for firefox and chrome called ad block plus.

I don't think you can - the company needs the ads to make money, so the site can be free.
