some one created fake profile on facebook?

please help me urgent some one create a fake facebook profile of my friend
how can we track that person . my friend does not have facebook account
please help me as soon as possible

but if i will block the id then he can create another one so its better to find the person who is behind this and the person operate id from samsung mobile and the last digits of mobile number is 9754

I suggest that you report the person. You're not supposed to, and to report them, follow these steps below.
1) Go to the timeline
2) Click the icon with the downward arrow next to message and then select Report/Block
3)Choose a reason for your report (ex: This timeline is pretending to be someone or is fake)
4) Choose a report type, if prompted
5) Click Continue to submit your report
