Can you create a facebook page without your fb friends knowing?

What I mean is, am I able to create a Facebook page and be the administrator without my Facebook friends knowing that I have created and manage that page? Without them being notified of it, or seeing my name on the page if they happen to go on it?
I want to market a business, but I have a specific business email address etc. and I would like my personal line to be just that, personal, instead of people seeing my name and contacting me.

yes you can but just dont make it obvs and start posting stuff on your profile about the page. you can also as the adm, make a nickname for yourself and dont put any pics of yourself either. sketchy tho XD

but why would you want to create a page and hide it from your friends? that makes no sense

Yes you can create a FB page without knowing your friends.

Well, facebook gives you the option to hide any activity.
So I'm fairly sure with enough effort, this would be possible.
