on the home page click on the groups tab on the left column
Near the top u should b able to see groups you have been invited to join by ur friends and below, all the groups u hve joined

On left side of your facebook page...there are links like, Freinds,Groups,Aplications,etc....
This way u can go through Groups & u can search any group
