Why does Facebook only show me ads related to businesses in South Carolina when my location is set to Sydney?
I've had my Facebook account for a little over two years now, and my location has always been set to Sydney, Australia.
However, lately I've noticed that every second advertisement on my sidebar is for a business based in South Carolina. I've never been to the US, let alone South Carolina. None of my friends or family have ever been to South Carolina. I could not point it out on an unlabeled map of North America, and besides its name, I know nothing of the state!!! Any ideas as to why this is happening? I'm more curious than irritated. Ads |

Because no one from sydney must have hired that place for ads. Thus they must be showing you other place.
