How do you create apps and stuff on facebook?

Cause I know that all those things you become a fan of are things that normal people create! And I know two people that have their own group! How do you make the stuff that you can become a fan of?

well to make a group you need to search, group in the search bar. then click on it. when you are on the page you need click create a group in the right hand corner. simple.
