Is there a way to tag all of my friends in a facebook comment or photo without doing it individually?
If so, how?
If not, why and how can we make this function exist?
I don't think it being about spamming is a good reason. I have not experienced any spamming from my friends with it how it is now and the only difference is it is harder to tag everyone all at once.

no, that would be abused for spamming, there is no way to "make it exist"
