facebook apps?.. help! how to delete?

ok so...i used this app before...but now i don't want people to know i used it...so u know how like when you go to an app and you can go to "suggest to friends"?...and then the friends that already use the app can't be clicked so you can see which of your friends actually use it (and it also usually says on the app page: "Friends Who Use This App:"
so like yeah help!!? its kinda embarrassing i dont want ppl to see it :|
