How to set a twitter profile pic with instagram?
I tried things like copying and pasting through paint and it comes out pixelated and low quality. Any help lads?

What do you mean? If you want to use your instagram pic as avatar in twitter you can just go to setting>instagram>save filtered photo then change your avatar at twitter.
