Should I keep or delete a facebook group dedicated to 2 friends who died 4 years ago?

I made a group on facebook this summer dedicated to 2 people who died from my high school, 4 years ago. Is it appropriate to have it? Also I have their pictures in the group.

People have joined but noone has said anything negative about it.

it's up to you. personally i think it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep it.

There is no reason to delete it. You are showing your respect to these students. It is entirely up to you, but I think you should keep it.
