How do I make my profile picture public on Facebook?
I can see the profile pictures of some people who I have no mutual friends with, and my profile pictures are all restricted to 'friends of friends' at most. How do I make these totally public? You can do them for all other photo albums but I can't figure out how to for profile pictures..

Change your privacy settings on your settings tab thingy.

Just go into your Privacy Settings and change the settings
on what photos you want to make Public.
