ex girl friend and facebook i accepted her friend request and since she has not spoken too me it's been awhile and she is in a relationship is she just using it too spy on me.

It could just be curiosity, it could be that she wants you to see what she is doing, or it could be simply a truce of some sort - a let's just be friends truce. If it seems to not cause any problems, then go with it. However, if it becomes a distraction or you begin to think it is simply a tool to keep tabs on each other, that really is not healthy for either of you. It also might be hard to move on if there is constant reminders of your past relationship.
